A special meeting organized by Piraeus Mayor Mr. Moralis and the Deputy Mayor of Education. Project Connect was invited to brief the municipal schools on the Adopt a Ship program, as they strongly believe in its value.

Operating under the authorization of the Ministry of Education /IEP within the core curriculum, we are planting the seed of naftosyni—maritime culture—in grade schools. In junior high schools, the program supports students in exploring vocational pathways, and in EPAL (nautical and non‑nautical) we offer a more advanced version of Adopt a Ship, helping students prepare for AEN or university‑level shipping studies.
